just off Cranes Farm Road, Basildon – only 5 minutes from either the A127, A13 or M25.

Just follow the brown signs for Festival Leisure Park, where there is ample parking for you to use free of charge. 

Please park here and walk through the main entrance by the cinema. Our complex is straight ahead in front of you overlooking the lake.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that Festival Wakeboard and Aqua Park operates a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this time, you will lose your payment. If we receive more than 48 hour notice then we will credit the payment to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you give us 7 days notice, we will refund the full amount. Wetsuit sales are final and no refunds will be offered if not used.
